The modern extroverted minilofts feature a spectacular south facing 12 meter (40 ft.) glass curtain wall running the length of these spacious (45 sqm / 450 sq ft) apartments.

The extroverted minilofts have an elevator, and floor heating.

The extroverted minilofts provides comfortable accommodation for three adults or a family of five.

The modern introverted minilofts are spacious (40 sqm / 400 sq ft), west facing, and offer accommodation with the natural comforts of an adobe wall and a cosy bed alcove.

The introverted minilofts have elevator access, and floor heating.

The introverted minilofts provides comfortable accommodation for three adults or a family of four.

40 sqm

Classic

These spacious 42 sqm (420 sq ft) studio apartments are south facing, and located in a freshly renovated building from the turn of the 19th century. They combine the charm of an old brick structure with distinctly modern furniture and details. Because the classic minilofts are located away from the street they provide slightly quieter accommodation than the modern minilofts.

The classic minilofts provides comfortable accommodation for three adults or a family of four.

42 sqm

Compact

The compact minilofts are designed for maximum comfort and economy of space.

These 30 sqm (300 sq ft) studio apartments are south facing, and located in a freshly renovated building from the turn of the 19th century. They retain the charm of an old brick structure with a distinctly modern touch in the furnishing and details. Because the compact minilofts are located away from the street they are slightly quieter than the modern minilofts.

The compact minilofts provides comfortable accommodation for two adults or a family of three.

30 sqm

Flexible

The flexible pricing system accommodates those who like all our minilofts best. This means that we will reserve an apartment type for you that fits our schedule. The apartment type is also subject to change at the last minute. The price remains the same regardless of which apartment type you stay in.
