A Miniloft guest waxed ecstatic over Chi Sing’s mango and coconut shake, so, our curiosity piqued, we headed over to check out the fashionable tranquility at the invitingly chic Vietnamese restaurant. The space is impeccably designed, with a beautiful cloud of origami blossoms floating over the bar. The cuisine – delicious, fresh, light and MSG-free - is inspired by Huê, a gourmet art indigenous to Vietnam. It’s food feng-shui, meaning each dish has perfectly balanced flavor, texture and color. And indeed, the shakes and teas (based on ancient recipes) are to die for.
