Vibrant, relaxed Berlin is an artist's mecca - creatives of all stripes flock here to live their dream. The opening of the huge new 'based in Berlin' exhibition last night was a celebration of the city's young, international art scene. The exhibition features 80 up and coming artists who live in Berlin. Spanning the best galleries all over the city, the exhibition is a great chance to see what's happening in the not-so-established art scene. And it's free, even at the old-school bastions of Kunstwerke (KW), Hamburger Bahnhof, Berlinische Gallery and the Neuer Berlin Kunstverein (just around the corner from Minilofts).
