"Preisgekrönte Architektur, gelungene Verbindung von Alt- und Neubau und darin Minilofts, Apartments von 30 bis 45 qm für den unabhängigen Stadtbesuch. Die Decken sind hoch, die Fenster groß, sparsames Design akzentuiert die großen Zimmer. Die großen Lofts haben eine Küchenzeile, man kann eine Waschmaschine benutzen und DSL sowieso. Deutsches Theater und Friedrichstadtpalast liegen ganz nah."
