From smoke signals to the pneumatic post and virtual messages: The Museum for Communication Berlin unites the past, present and future under one roof.

It offers a wide range of diverse interactive stations providing a vibrant insight into the subject of communication. Visitors are welcomed in the museum’s atrium by charming robots, and can admire the collection’s prize exhibits, including a rare Blue Mauritius stamp and the world’s very first telephone,in the specially designed Treasure Chamber! Its permanent exhibition offers vivid insights into the origins, development and future of the information society. A series of fascinating temporary exhibitions supplement the museum’s presentation of the many facets of communication.
