A former power station perched on the River Spree has become a new hot spot in Berlin for exciting contemporary dance, classical music and experimental theatre. This month at Radialsystem V intrepid concertgoers can find productions by Sasha Waltz (the Grand Dame of Berlin’s modern dance scene) and a Baroque chamber concert with works by the composer Johan Helmich Roman – the “Swedish Händel”. At “Baroque Lounge”: Dinner for 4, classical music gets a modern twist as the Elbipolis-Barockorchester Hamburg performs classical pieces, which are then remixed by DJ Brezel Göring. Always stimulating!
