For more than 75 years, the International Green Week (Grüne Woche) has put the world's food, agricultural, and horticultural industries on display in Berlin. While wandering through Messe Berlin, visitors can literally eat their way around the world, sampling foods and luxury items, fresh produce, beer, wine and spirits, meat and sausages, teas, seafood, spices, herbs... The exhibition stays true to its agricultural roots as well, with livestock, agricultural and gardening supplies, seed, and fresh produce of all kinds. Enjoy caviar from Russia, pet a bunny, and ride a tractor: the "Grüne Woche" is one of the most anticipated winter highlights in Berlin, and certainly livens up January! It's an important trade show and consumer testing ground for food, agriculture and horticulture professionals, and an exciting feast for the senses for visitors.

We love our interesting Green Week guests, and we're happy we can offer them the comfort and convenience of their own apartment, which is so much more than a hotel room. The Messe Berlin is easily accessed from the Miniloft apartments - just take the S-Bahn from Hauptbahnhof, and change to the U2 at Zoologischer Garten.
