A stunning edifice that stands at attention in downtown Berlin, this architectural statement is adventurous yet simple. Unfussy and cool, we liked the independence of having a stylish and thoroughly modern apartment to ourselves.

Constructed using an existing 19th century building, architects Britta Jürgens and Matthew Griffin have expanded and transformed it into a futuristic yet warm and inviting hotel. With three rounded stainless steel ribbons forming the front of the tower, the dramatic structure houses a unique habitat concept.

Comprised of fourteen unique units, each has been redesigned with a luxuriously spare and modern palette and all materials and furnishings were chosen to reflect the unique fusion of cool and elegance that is modern Berlin.

Each loft in bathed in natural light with city views from walls of glass, and feature polished concrete, warm wood accents and sleek contemporary furnishings and decor.

With a combination of classic and compact units, there is space for up to five in the larger lofts and all are equipped to maintain your self sufficiency and privacy with fully equipped kitchens/kitchenettes, dining areas and baths.

Enjoy luxury and independence and feel the city’s pulse from a perfect location in the heart of Berlin, in an award-winning building.
